Q-Bake™
systems can be easily installed along any production line
from the end-of-oven to the packaging area. The inspection
unit can be built in order to cover a line width from
400 mm to 2.000 mm. Larger widths need a special
hardware configuration. Each system can be configured
to perform the automatic rejection of defective products
by user defined rules.
All
the inspection data are displayed on the user interface
using intuitive graphs and charts and are also stored
on a standard database for Statistical Process Control
operations. Q-Bake™ systems can be integrated in
the factory LAN and are also supported for remote connection
and remote maintenance.

with an integrated conveyor belt for using at the factory
